Project Title: Proposal, Testing, and Practical Verification of Image Correlation Technology for Quality Control in Prefabricated Component Production

Project Goal:
The objective of the project is to design, test, and practically verify the use of technology for precise measurement of dimensions and shapes of large prefabricated components before their installation using photogrammetric methods.

Brief Description of the Operation:
The aim of the project is to utilize outputs—such as the photogrammetric documentation gateway, test measurements, and subsequent analysis—as supporting materials to expand the potential customer base. This will enable our company to offer and guarantee quality control and ensure uniform quality of large prefabricated components just before their installation.

The primary advantage of this approach is to ensure precise dimensional compatibility with other construction elements already installed on-site, thereby guaranteeing accurate assembly. This includes identifying defects before on-site installation, allowing for easier and faster repairs, minimizing waste resulting from corrections at the construction site, and contributing to the safety of the structure. This is achieved by ensuring proper connections between elements, thereby guaranteeing the designed stability and strength of the building. Additionally, this approach ensures construction continuity, saves time, and minimizes costs arising from penalties due to delivery delays or complaints.
